Visit our Consultant in Kathmandu. He will register your inquiry in our system and request payment of the administration fee, work permit fee, and visa fee (as a deposit). Once the payment is made, we will send your information to our office in Poland and begin the process of obtaining your work permit from the local authorities.

Our team in Poland will organize all the documents needed for your visa application, including your work permit, contract, employer's details, etc. This step should take 2-3 weeks. All the documents will then be sent to our Consultant in Kathmandu.

Our Consultant in Kathmandu will meet with you again and assist you in registering for a visa appointment at the local Polish embassy. The embassy's system randomly selects a pool of candidates every week. Your visa appointment date will be communicated by the embassy, which may occur anywhere between 2 weeks and 6 months. If, for any reason, your visa application is rejected, our Consultant will refund your visa fee deposit.

From the moment you reach the airport in Poland, one of our Employee Coordinators will support you. They will transport you from the airport to your accommodation, help you set up your bank account, and assist you in obtaining your PESEL number (a Polish ID used for government-related services). You will also be able to contact the Employee Coordinator anytime you have questions or need help. Remember that you will receive a 100 EUR bonus with your first salary after completing your first 20 days of work.
